Sessions take place across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Coach Alpha trains at various facilities throughout the DMV region. Location details are confirmed during the consultation process based on your location and the type of training involved.
Standard sessions are 1 hour. This is the optimal time to train at a high level without diminishing returns. Clinics and camps operate on different schedules — typically half-day or full-day formats. Session structure is discussed during your consultation.
Absolutely not. Coach Alpha works with athletes of all sports and all levels, and equally with non-athletes who simply want to improve their fitness, lose weight, build muscle, or live a healthier life. Everyone is welcome — your goals just need to be real and your commitment genuine.
For the best results, 2 to 3 sessions per week is the recommended frequency for most programs. Coach Alpha will discuss the right training frequency for your specific goals and availability during your consultation. Consistency is the most important factor in seeing results.
Coach Alpha works with athletes starting from youth (approximately 8 years old) through professional level, as well as adults of all ages for fitness training. Programs are age-appropriate and designed to match each person's developmental stage and physical capacity.
Most athletes and clients begin noticing meaningful improvements within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent training. The speed of results depends on your commitment, consistency, and starting point. Coach Alpha tracks progress throughout and adjusts programs to keep you on the fastest trajectory to your goals.
Coach Alpha holds the NASM Sports Nutrition Coach (SNC) certification. Nutrition guidance is available as part of certain packages and can be added to any training program. During your consultation, you can discuss whether and how nutrition coaching fits into your plan.
